Nine people are feared dead in a head on collision involving a bus and a taxi on R61 between Flagstaff and Lusikisiki. The incident happened today Sunday 04 June. The taxi collided with City to City bus.
Eastern Cape Department of Transport announced on their Facebook page but they couldn’t disclose more information. 
“Multi fatalities in excess of 9 people, in a head-on collision involving a minibus taxi and one of the long distance buses. The accident occurred on the R61 between Flagstaff and Lusikisiki at about 13:45 today. Details are still sketchy… We’ll be back with a update shortly,” the department said.
